Menopause
Menopause is a point in a woman’s life when she doesn’t have a menstrual period for 12 months or more, usually happening around the age of 50. This marks the end of your child bearing years and sometimes is referred to as the “change of life”
The time leading up to this moment is considered the perimenopausal period in which the hormones start to fluctuate. (this can start as early as 40 and can usually last for 2-8 years)

Irregular periods
Night sweats
Hot flashes
Fatigue
Aches and pains in the joints
Change in sexual desire
Changes to skin texture and appearance
Bladder control difficulty
Vaginal fluid changes (dryness)
Disruption of sleep patterns (difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep)
Mood swings
Memory losses
